Our Shipping Procedures

Cassandra's Boutique is a distributor for various Lingerie manufacturers within Canada and the US. We are your direct link to a great selection of styles and colours you may not find under one roof, if you were otherwise shopping in a retail store.

We offer you "Great Prices" because our overhead is lower!

Although we carry a wide selection in stock, it’s almost impossible to stock everything our manufacturers produce. There’s just too many styles, colours and sizes! We offer you all the styles....but some may be a special order.

When you place an order with us, we try to ship to you within 72 hours. If this is not possible because of a colour or particular size we don’t have in stock, we will then order from the manufacturer. This process usually takes another 5 working days and then we complete your order as promptly as possible. In total, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Our shipping rate charges reflect "Express Post"

This also includes insurance for your order, for 100% of its value!

Cassandra's Boutique has not increased shipping charges since 1999!!

Unfortunately, Due to the Increase in fuel prices...........we will add a $5.00 surcharge to all orders for shipping..... This charge will be added to your total, and will not be calculated during the checkout process.

Don’t forget…….when you place an order with us and the total amount before taxes is greater than $125.00, we ship to you"FREE"!! (Available For Addresses Within Canada Only, although our cart may show no shipping charges to your destination!)

Our Billing Procedures

We will confirm your order as soon as you place it on our secure server. If you do not hear from us within a short time, please send us an e-mail. Please be sure to add orders@cassandrasboutique.com to your safe list. This will ensure that all email correspondence from Cassandras will not appear in your junkmail or bulkmail folder. PLEASE NOTE:

Our Shopping Cart does not do Automatic Billing.....as most on-line stores! We will correspond with you if there is an item that is unavailable before we bill your credit card. At that time , we may offer you other similar products.

The total amount may be sent to you via e-mail, when we are ready to ship.

IMPORTANT!! We may need to contact you for some reason or other. Please check your e-mail periodically, for updates on your order!!

If you would like us to ship to you via another carrier other than Canada Post......please put that information in the "Special Instructions" on our order form.

Returns

Due to Health regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel. If you have another issue, as a wrong size, wrong colour ect., Please send us an e-mail and we'll try to accommodate the situation. All returns must have a return authorization number and shipping and handling will not be refunded.
